Your booking is granted by the credit card details and its validity date indicated through the booking form on the web.
Your booking is definitely confirmed as soon as the whole amount of the stay is debited on the same credit card by our reservation service. Our staff will debit your credit card on the 8 days following the booking date on the web.
All the extra charges are to pay in Le Domaine de Chateauneuf.
The booking and rates are granted on the booking period. If the number of people does not correspond with the number of booked people, the hotel will charge the customers.
Each cancellation must be written –by mail, fax-. If the customers cancel its booking in the 3 days before the arrival date, the hotel will keep the whole amount of the stay. If the customers cancel its booking before this delay, 30% -deposit- of the total amount will be kept by the hotel.
In case of no-show, the hotel will keep the whole amount.
