Emmanuel Mercadier learnt his trade at Les Jardins de l’Opéra in Toulouse before setting off for L’Antarès in Méribel and Les Fermes de Marie in Megève.
He set up his own business very early so as to be able to express his love for cuisine and share this love with others.
